The Upper East Side (UES) is an affluent neighborhood that runs most of the length of Central Park and extends from the park's boundaries to the East River. One of Manhattan's larger and culturally rich neighborhoods, it boasts plenty of museums, shopping and upscale eateries. The UES also includes the sub-neighborhoods of Yorkville and Lenox Hill.
